RESPECT MOTHER OCEAN
In Australia, red and yellow flags indicate the areas that are patrolled by lifeguards where swimming is considered safest. Swimming between the red & yellow flags is crucial for ensuring your safety at the beach.
RESPECT your BODY
Australia has the highest rates of skin-cancer of anywhere in the world. The UV (ultraviolet) radiation levels are significantly high and it is imperative to wear a hat, sunglasses and sunprotection when outside, especially at the beach. Apply broad spectrum SPF50+ sunscreen.

ALWAYS swim between the red & yellow flags.
